Who we are: Yourculturalguide LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, provides online parent education, instructional courses, and peer coaching resources through the Bipolar Bootcamp 4 Parents program. Our mission is to provide educational frameworks, community support, and practical strategies to help parents navigate the daily complexities of supporting children and teens with bipolar disorder.

By purchasing or accessing these materials, you understand that Yourculturalguide LLC delivers strictly educational guidance and strategic coaching frameworks. We do not provide clinical psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, psychological therapy, or crisis intervention services. By purchasing or accessing any products, courses, or services provided by yourculturalguide LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. About This Resource

This educational guide was created by Your Cultural Guide to help parents better understand bipolar disorder in children and teens.

This resource is part of our parent education initiatives, including additional learning materials designed to support families navigating mental health journeys.

These learning materials and community spaces are part of the parent education initiatives owned and operated by Yourculturalguide LLC.

1.1 Membership Structures

The Bipolar Bootcamp 4 Parents program operates as an ongoing educational support platform with rolling content releases. Access tokens, resources, and materials vary strictly depending on your chosen tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold Membership, or standalone Individual Module Access). Yourculturalguide LLC reserves the right to modify membership inclusions, pricing structures, and core features at its sole discretion upon reasonable digital notice to active subscribers.

Membership terms, pricing, and included resources may change over time at the discretion of Yourculturalguide, LLC.

2. Educational Disclaimer

All materials, courses, coaching calls, and resources provided by Yourculturalguide LLC are for educational purposes only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any diagnosis, treatment, or medical concerns related to bipolar disorder or other mental health conditions.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Participation in Bipolar Bootcamp 4 Parents, including any interactive coaching calls, does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or professional mental health relationship between you and Yourculturalguide LLC or its team members.

2.1 Critical Safety and Emergency Hotline Disclaimer

YOURCULTURALGUIDE LLC DOES NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICES, CRISIS INTERVENTION, OR SUICIDE PREVENTION COUNSELING. OUR PLATFORMS, EMAIL, COMMUNITY FORUMS, AND COACHING SESSIONS ARE NOT MONITORED IN REAL-TIME FOR CRISIS MANAGEMENT.

If you believe your child, yourself, or anyone else is at risk of self-harm, suicide, or a life-threatening medical or psychiatric emergency, you must immediately:

Call 911 (or your local emergency number).
Go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Contact a dedicated crisis resource, such as the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988 (in the United States).
Do not delay seeking professional medical or psychiatric help because of any information or educational guidance provided by Yourculturalguide LLC.

3. Payments

All payments are to be made in USD (United States Dollars).

3.1 Automatic Billing and Subscription Terms

By enrolling in any recurring membership plan, you explicitly authorize Yourculturalguide LLC to charge your provided payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until cancellation occurs. All payments are billed in USD and are strictly non-refundable.

Bronze Membership:
Billed on a month-to-month basis. Cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled billing date. Failure to cancel in time results in automated billing for the subsequent month, which cannot be refunded.

Silver & Gold Memberships (Minimum Commitments):
By enrolling in the Silver (3-Month Minimum) or Gold (6-Month Minimum) plans, you explicitly agree to complete all mandatory cycle payments. Early cancellation requests submitted prior to the expiration of the minimum commitment term shall trigger an immediate Early Termination Fee equal to the entire remaining financial balance of your committed term, which will be charged to your card on file immediately upon receipt of the cancellation notice.

4. Coaching Calls

Before scheduling or participating in any live session, participants are strictly required to sign and return our mandatory Consent and Waiver Form. Failure to execute this form prior to your scheduled session will result in the immediate forfeiture of that session without a refund or right to reschedule.

This consent acknowledges that:

Coaching calls are educational in nature only
They are not intended for diagnosis, therapy, or medical treatment

Coaching calls are currently exclusive to Gold Membership participants only.

Gold Membership participants will receive:

1 free live coaching call per month for the first 6 months of active membership

Participants will have the option to choose from to have coaching calls with any of our following consultants: Special Educational Consultant, Medical Consultant, Parent Consultant on the Yourculturalguide LLC team. We can not guarantee that any one of the mentioned consultants will be available for each and every booking.

Coaching session availability, scheduling structures, expert participation, and access policies may change over time at the discretion of Yourculturalguide LLC.

Consultant Availability: Participants may select a session with available team consultants specializing as a Special Educational Consultant, Medical Consultant, or Parent Consultant. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific individual consultant for any booking.

Strict Professional Boundary Disclaimer: You explicitly acknowledge that team consultants function under this platform strictly as educational coaches. Even if a team consultant holds external professional medical, psychological, or educational credentials, their participation in your coaching call does not constitute the rendering of professional medical advice, clinical therapy, or tailored institutional advocacy. Their input provides generalized educational strategy options only.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

You must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session. If you fail to appear within ten (10) minutes of the scheduled start time, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and Yourculturalguide LLC is under no obligation to replace or reschedule it.

5.1 Digital Product Use

This course and all included materials are digital products.

Upon purchase, you are granted personal, non-transferable access to the content. You may print materials for personal use; however:

You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the course or materials
Unauthorized distribution may result in removal of access without refund
Yourculturalguide LLC retains 100% ownership of all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and proprietary methodologies contained within the course, workbooks, and videos.

6. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that any unauthorized use, sharing, reproduction, or distribution of Yourculturalguide LLC’s proprietary materials constitutes willful copyright and trademark infringement. In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Section, Yourculturalguide LLC shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief to halt the unauthorized distribution, in addition to pursuing all available legal and financial damages, without the necessity of posting a bond.

7. Access & Availability

Access to the course is provided as described at the time of purchase. While we strive to maintain long-term access, Yourculturalguide LLC does not guarantee lifetime availability of the platform or materials due to factors beyond our control.

In the event of platform changes, reasonable efforts will be made to provide continued access or alternative solutions.

7.1 Module Release Schedule

New modules and educational resources are planned to be released every 15th of the month.

While Yourculturalguide LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain this schedule consistently, release timelines may occasionally adjust due to updates, platform improvements, content development needs, expert scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.

Yourculturalguide LLC reserves the right to modify release schedules, educational content, bonus materials, or program structure at its discretion.

7.2 Community Access & Participation

Some memberships may include access to community spaces, including Kajabi Communities, private groups, or similar educational support environments.

Community spaces are intended for:

educational support,
encouragement,
peer connection,
and shared learning experiences.

Community participation must remain respectful, appropriate, and aligned with community guidelines.

Yourculturalguide LLC reserves the right to remove access to community spaces for behavior considered harmful, disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe.

Community access is not intended for:

crisis support,
emergency intervention,
medical advice,
or therapeutic services.

Prohibited Behavior: You are strictly prohibited from posting advertisements, medical diagnostic claims, offensive behavior, bullying, or the private personal data of any third party. Yourculturalguide LLC preserves the unilateral right to terminate community access immediately and permanently for any user who violates these terms or poses a disruption to the learning environment, without notice and without providing a refund or credit for active membership fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing this course, you agree that Yourculturalguide LLC, its team members, and affiliates are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided.

All decisions made based on course content are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Maximum Financial Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Michigan law, the total cumulative liability of Yourculturalguide LLC to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, shall at all times be strictly limited to, and shall not exceed, the total amount actually paid by you to Yourculturalguide LLC for your membership subscription during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the products, courses, or services provided by Yourculturalguide LLC, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You explicitly agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the County Circuit Court of Michigan where the business is located, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. You hereby irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Severability

If any provision, clause, or subpart of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. Instead, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified or severed only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable under Michigan law, while preserving the original intent of the parties as closely as possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable provision had never been included.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the "I agree" box and completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein, including the Educational Disclaimer (Section 2) and the Limitation of Liability (Section 8). If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access or use this course or its related coaching services.
