This educational course was created by Your Cultural Guide to help parents better understand bipolar disorder in children and teens.

This resource is part of our parent education initiatives, including additional learning materials designed to support families navigating mental health journeys.

 

2. Educational Disclaimer

All materials, courses, coaching calls, and resources provided by Yourculturalguide LLC are for educational purposes only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health conditions.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any diagnosis, treatment, or medical concerns related to bipolar disorder or other mental health conditions. Our courses and coaching are not covered by any form of health Insurance.

 

3. Payments

All payments are to be made in USD (United States Dollars).

All payments for Yourculturalguide LLC’s Bipolar Bootcamp 4 Parents complete course are non-refundable, with the exception of a valid request under the 45-day Money Back Guarantee.

 

4. 45-Day Money Back Guarantee

The 45-day Money Back Guarantee applies to Yourculturalguide LLC’s Bipolar Bootcamp 4 Parents COMPLETE course series only and does not apply to individual modules purchased separately.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Purchasers must email [email protected] within 45 days of purchase
  • The request must include evidence that all homework from the course, including the accompanying E-Workbook and PDFs, have been completed

Upon submission, Yourculturalguide LLC will review the request for a full refund.

We do this because we are looking for serious and committed parents only. We take our learning environment seriously and maintain a high standard of encouragement, relevant information, and guidance.

If you register for Yourculturalguide LLC and do not implement the tools and strategies or take action within the first 45 days, you will be ineligible for a refund.

Refunds are a privilege, not a right, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of the YCG Team when genuine value has not been received or cannot be reasonably accessed.

 

5. Coaching Calls

Coaching calls will be available starting June 1st, 2026. 

Before scheduling a coaching session, participants are required to complete a brief consent and waiver form.

  • This consent acknowledges that:

    • Coaching calls are for educational purposes only
    • They are not intended to provide medical diagnoses, therapy or any type of medical assessment or treatment

    Participants will have the option to choose from three experts on the Yourculturalguide LLC team. Only 3 coaching calls to any one expert is allowed.

 

6. Digital Product Use

This course and all included materials are digital products.

  • Upon purchase, you are granted personal, non-transferable access to the content. You may print materials for personal use; however:

    • You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the course or materials
    • Unauthorized distribution may result in removal of access without refund and or legal ramifications.

Access to the course is provided as described at the time of purchase. While we strive to maintain long-term access, Yourculturalguide LLC does not guarantee lifetime availability of the platform or materials due to factors beyond our control.

In the event of platform changes, reasonable efforts will be made to provide continued access or alternative solutions. Any significant changes affecting access will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
